Cathy Le is a Vietnamese-American illustrator, character designer, and comic artist born and raised in Southern California. She has a passion for creating character driven illustrations with bright and pleasing color palettes. The softness of her work creates a sense of romance and dreaminess, reflecting her love of fantasy films and anime.
